  The staff was very professional and courteous when it came to the interview process. They Helped my husband and I feel very comfortable with the decision of bringing our daughter to The Learning Experience. On the second day there were multiple instances that showed a lack of professionalism and common courtesy. There was new teacher who failed to even get up and introduce herself and especially greet/welcome my daughter into her second day of class. Another teacher stood ideally by eating her pizza and watched my struggle for five minutes getting my children out the door(screaming infant and wandering toddler) who didn't even have the common courtesy to help someone. Then to make matters worse when I spoke to the person in charge I was given excuses instead of apologizes. This location of The Learning Experience did NOT provide the level of professionalism and compassion that we were seeking for our children.
